Newstalgia Parts Return Policy

The products we sell are made to order instead of stocked in a warehouse.  They
are made to your specifications (i.e. year, make, model, color etc). We don't
stock products due to the amount of space required to store all the different
combinations we offer.  It is also possible, over an extended period of time
for a carpet or molded headliner  to lost some of it's shape if it were made and then allowed to sit
in a box. Parts can NOT be returned due to color.  If you aren't sure
about a color please request a sample.

  • Products can be returned due to a product defect.
  • If your product is returned due to you indicating a defect and no defect is found the product will be returned to you at your cost.
  • If a return is allowed under certain circumstances a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Customers have 30 days to notify us of a defect.  Customers have 60 days to notify us of a problem with an order.
  • Newstalgia Parts is not responsible for lost packages shipped to the correct shipping address and delivery was confirmed by the carrier
  • If we make a mistake and ship the wrong product (within 60 days) we will replace the product and send you the correct part at no additional cost to you.  Note: this assumes you ordered the correct part and we made a clerical mistake.

If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed, after that, the return policy will be enforced.
